With extensive knowledge in the online Consumer Electronics(CE) market we started by defining our customer, identifying our platforms(Amazon, eBay and Shopify) and establishing our European fulfilment process.

With an Ecomm market worth $215 billion it was important for us to deliver plan that communicated the product’s uniqueness.
